Registered BAS Agent · Australia

Numbers you can run a business on.

Bookkeeping, payroll and BAS for Australian small business — reconciled to the day, lodged on time, and reported on schedule.

A hand-ruled accounting ledger, columns of figures entered in ink

Driven by accountability

Every figure traces back to a document.

Reconciliation is not a monthly scramble here. Bank feeds are matched as they land, coding follows a chart of accounts we agreed with you, and anything unclear comes back to you as a question rather than going in as a guess.

How we work

Four stages, then a rhythm.

The first two are one-off. The last two are what every month looks like afterwards.

STAGE 01

Review

We go through the file as it stands — chart of accounts, unreconciled items, payroll settings and lodgement history — and tell you plainly what shape it is in.

STAGE 02

Reset

Open items get cleared and the chart of accounts is rebuilt around how you actually trade, so the reports mean something before we start producing them.

STAGE 03

Run

Monthly close on a fixed date. Payroll every cycle. Activity statements every quarter, prepared and lodged well before the deadline rather than on it.

STAGE 04

Report

Statements land with a short written summary and a call if you want one, so the month closes as a decision rather than a filing.

Xero

Set up once, properly.

Most of the files we are asked to fix started with a rushed migration.

A chart of accounts inherited from a template, bank feeds half connected, opening balances that never quite matched. We treat setup as its own piece of work, with a cutover date and a reconciliation at the end of it.

  • Migration from spreadsheets, MYOB or another ledger
  • Chart of accounts built around how you actually trade
  • Bank feeds, bank rules and recurring transactions
  • Payroll and Single Touch Payroll configured and tested
  • Handover session so your team can drive it

Who we work with

Businesses where the numbers move fast.

Different trades, same problem — the bookkeeping falls behind the work.

Next step

Start with a look at your file.

A short call, then we review your ledger as it stands and tell you what we would change. No obligation either way.
